SEX THERAPY FOR
COUPLES & INDIVIDUALS

Qualified help for life’s most intimate issues.

You’re more than a bird or a bee, and you’re wired for the kind of intimacy that involves your whole person: mind, body, and soul. No wonder sexual difficulties can feel so overwhelming and hard to navigate. If you’re struggling to connect as a couple, you aren’t alone. As a Certified Sex Therapist, Rachael can help with the following issues:

There’s a difference between sex and intimacy.

  • differences in libido/desire
  • pain with sex
  • postpartum adjustment
  • male sexual dysfunction
  • inability to orgasm
  • unconsummated marriages
  • past sexual trauma
  • and more

Expertise you can trust

Did you know that an intro course in human sexuality isn’t a requirement for most graduate counseling programs? And yet intimacy and sexuality impact our psychological and emotional well-being in profound ways.

Rachael has received over 150 hours of graduate level training in sexuality and sex therapy and 200 hours of supervised client hours in sex therapy to become a Certified Sex Therapist through the American Board of Christian Sex Therapists.

She prioritizes a holistic approach that considers the physiological, psychological, and emotional interplay of sexual intimacy. This includes careful assessment, structured treatment, and coordination when appropriate with other professionals, including pelvic floor physical therapists, OBGYNs, and other physicians.
