I'm located in the Highland Village Shopping Center in Jackson. My office, Suite 264A, is on the 2nd floor right above Sur la Table. The nearest parking lot is behind Whole Foods, accessed from Old Canton Road. The full address is: 4500 I-55 N Frontage Rd Ste 264A, Jackson MS, 39206.

I am certified to offer telehealth to clients located in Mississippi. Although in-person is generally preferred for weekly sessions and intensives, I'd be delighted to discuss hybrid options for those traveling from other parts of the state.

A traditional therapy session is $165-200 per hour depending on the type and length of service. Please see my EMDR Intensives page for Intensive Program Fees.

I am currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Mississippi and Aetna Commercial plans. Coverage of therapy sessions will vary by plan, so please check with your insurance plan to verify coverage.

I am also happy to offer superbills for clients to submit to their own plans for possible reimbursement of traditional therapy sessions, but clients should note that reimbursement is not guaranteed.

Therapy intensives are not covered by most insurance plans at this time, and I cannot issue a superbill for this service.

I offer a limited number of needs-based discounts per year, typically reserved for current clients whose financial situations or insurance coverage has changed during the course of therapy.

Every day— I have two of them at home. Client-wise, I only see adults ages 18+ at this time, but am happy to recommend a number of qualified professionals for your children and teens. Please reach out!
